This is Version 1.2 of NNTPd. It is completely RFC 977
compliant, and supports the extended command set, including
mode reader, xhdr, xpath, etc etc. It was compiled to run with
AmiTCP 4.0 and higher, but 3.0 users should have no problem.

This version now supports accepting posts, and forwards them to other
hosts using Michael van Elst's nntpput.  It also automatically expires
news articles based on user preferences.
