    TAPGIF 1.0 converts IFF files to GIF format without modifying the
    picture's palette. It can also add a comment extension to the GIF
    file, and will automatically copy over an ANNO from the IFF file
    if one is present. It requies KS2.0 and iff.library.

    It ignores any viewmodes that may be present in the IFF file.

    1.1 adds BACK and TRAN options.

    1.2 uses the original picture's exact width instead of forcing the
    width to be a multiple of 16.
