This is a first port of mkisofs. This is a native version and doesn't need the
ixemul.library. It is possible that can contain some bugs. Please report to me.

The mkisofs tool is used for premastering iso9660 filesystems which are used on
CDROMs. The output of mkisofs can then be sent to a CDROM writer with a utility
such as cdrecord (coming soon.. ;) )
