This patch will result in workbench.library 45.131.

This second update fixes a pair of bugs in workbench.library (see previous
OS39_update_patch.lha package on Aminet)

History of workbench.library 45.131:

* FIXED  131
* - Hits and crash on deleting drawers WITHOUT AsyncWB running
* - Problems copying files without icons between different volumes

Now it should be perfect and really bugfree.
