 Beispiel, wie man in TurboCalc eine Pivot-Tabelle erstellt.
 Leider ist diese Funktion noch nicht in TurboCalc integriert,
 obwohl sie doch bei den PC Tabellenkalkulationen schon seit
 Ewigkeiten integriert ist und durchaus einen Sinn macht,
 da man aus einer Pivot-Tabelle mehr Informationen entnehmen kann
 als aus einer normalen Tabelle.
