***What Is It?***

	This is a little program I wrote on a request from a friend.  It allows
the SysOp to change the line that appears when a user enters a chat request &
the SysOp is unavailable.  It will save multiple lines to use, allowing you to 
select any line at any time, or you can choose to have them all randomly 
displayed.
