v1.1 Yacht-Zee Dice!

   This small update corrects a few bugs in the original version:

        - The Bonus Award was not being given to those who exceeded the 63
          point level in the top half of the score card, so were getting
          lower total scores than they should have been given.

        - The random seed generator was beeing seeded every time it was used,
          which caused a predictable randomity when using the first method of
          rolling the dice.

        - Some better error checking was included.

        - I did not include the high-scores file this time, so the users on
          your bbs's can have a fair shot of becoming their own best scorers.
