MSUMM is a message base summary door for MAXs BBS V1.52+
It generates a list of messages sections with these fields for each section:
Section number, Section name, Maximum number of messages, Total messages,
Total messages to the user, Total messages from the user, Total new messages,
Total new message to the user, As well as entire message base totals.
