This program allows the user to send text messages to most, if not all, GSM
mobile telephones which support text messages. The program uses the EMI frame
format published by TELE/SONERA Finland.
Version 1.1 has a preferences file, and you can now alter the modem's init
command.
The program was written in DICE C by Matthew Dillon, and the GUI was designed
in GadToolsBox by JaBa Developments (Jan van der Baard).

The program requires: at least Workbench v2.0, and a modem.
