Version 1.6 now has Enforcer hits removed, some enhancements for
MLink users and some general improvements.

Release 3

Now accesses the local hosts file for the alias POPHost!
Delivers mail to the correct home path if you are using GetMail
to download another local AmiTCP user's mail.
Can now get your E-Mail Address from HOME:.EMailAddr
Can specify HOME on the command line.
Now supports AmiTCP 3.0

Release 4

Crashes & leaves mail file in use, now fixed.
