- Move/Remove/Rename/Change The Frequency of samples in the bank

It has the disadvantages of:

- Is about 90K bigger

- Requires the easylife extension

- Doesn't work with AMOS Pro (A compiled version is included for AMOS Pro
  Users - The sample banks generated will work with Pro
