This program was mainly written so that it could be called from other 
programs, eliminating the need to write your own ToolTypes Editor.
Read the enclosed AmigaGuide file for more information.

WARNING:  It's not known if the locale files are formatted correctly.
          If someone would care to send me some instructions on how
          to use CatComp (or some other program) to generate locale
          information, it would be most appreciated.
