This is a small link lib for creating and maintaining progress bars in your
programs.

I have also included the source in case you have problems linking and for
anyone that wants to have a look.

Small bug fix to v1.1, i messed up some tags causing the pbar to change
colour when you updated it. This can look quite funny but not the desired
effect :)

NOTE: SAS users will need to recompile the .lib from the source. The .lib
and example in this archive was compiled with the commercial Dice 3.01 and
SAS will complain about not finding some symbols (i don't know why but a 
recompile will fix it!)
