the form of MicroSoft Cobol 2.xx ..see guide

The most notable change to this release is the addition of a runtime
trace environment. This allows logical errors to be picked up on, as
the monitoring of variables and their contents. You can single step
through your code or set break points for quicker execution of code.
Other changes include a major overall of file related syntax for all
file oraganization types, ie SEQUENTIAL INDEXED and RELATIVE.
The file status codes generated by runtime events, now conform to ANSI.
There are other improvements, but you'll just have to try to find out.

Of the changes to this release the most significant are the
inclusion of Qualified identifiers, ie ident IN record OF record.
This means the very useful feature of CORRESPONDING or CORR,
is now available for the statements MOVE, ADD and SUBTRACT.
The way memory is managed has now been overalled, this means
memory is released between compilations, very useful when
the wildcard option is used.

`reference modification` option, which is now operational, and
the P option in the PIC declaration. There are a few other
