Template for implementing an Amiga shared library in VBCC

This source provides a basis for compiling a library in VBCC.
There are no exported functions in it and there is no fd/sfd file,
both has to be added by the user. The basis is configurable by some
preprocessor defines that are described in the header file.
I hope this source eases the pain of starting development for the Amiga.
