This is the Anti-Gravity Document which is released a few years ago by the
American CIA. It goes about the anti-gravity research during the 1950tees.

The first release on the internet was at November 22, 1995. For the Amiga
Community it is reformatted into AmigaGuide Format on a stock CBM Amiga 500
computer. (O.S. V34 with the CBM Developer kit Arexx and AmigaGuide).
