Driver for Microtek (1999.03.04) BetaScan 2+

Changes since last release (1999.01.22):
  Device function AbortIO is implemented.

The driver should work with the following SCSI Microtek scanners:

  Scanmaker E2,E3,E6,35t,III,IISP,IIHR,IIG,II,600Z,600G

The driver is based on the SANE Microtek driver (see http://www.mir.com/mtek).
This driver is a beta version.

On the Amiga it is tested with a Microtek Phantom (a Scanmaker E3) and a
ScanMakerE6.

Instalation: move the driver to BetaScan/Devices drawer or another drawer.
