Flip Effects for Photogenics v2

Not sure if I just missed where Almathera had hidden the image
flip routines in Photogenics or whether it just got overlooked
- either way I couldn't do what I wanted so I wrote these two
effects to compensate.

FlipX and FlipY are part of the Photogenics Companion package - which
is a project yet to be released (I can't find the bloody time to finish
it!) to update and continue the Photogenics package.  These two effects
are released as Freeware and may be freely distributed.  The copyright
remains with the author.


	Seeing as Almathera are now defunct I guess I am the only resort
Photogenics users have of support ATM; unless some other arrangement
is made with ex-Almathera staff.  IF anyone has any problems with
Photogenics 2 they are more than welcome to contact me if they have
no joy with either Paul Nolan or Joylon Ralph directly.  (I am an
ex-Almathera developer myself)
