Universal lottery numbers generator
Generate random numbers for any type of lottery or numbers game. This
program can be configured in the following manner for maxium use:
   1. Set starting number at either 0 or 1.
   2. Allow or disallow use of duplicate numbers.
   3. Set highest number used by lottery or numbers game.
   4. Select amount of sets of numbers to be used.
   5. Generate numbers for one game at a time or up to 80 games at one time.
   6. Print multiple game numbers lists.
   7. Prefs can be saved.
   8. Drag program anywhere and use
