This music, and its player, was written in 1993 by Clay Hellman, for
the game "Megasquad".

From the docs:

"The music is not in the form of modules. All of the instruments and sound
effects (other than the snare and bass drums) are synthesized on the fly
and are not stored as samples in memory. I am using a new type of music
format that I have developed myself for future projects. This game contains
a test version of this format."

Song 3 - game over
Song 4 - titles (default song)
Song 5 - scramble
Song 6 - scramble-win

Songs 2, 3 and 4 are particularly good! I love the synthetic guitars!
