OVERVIEW:
   A Bars & Pipes tool which acts as a  note-on/off  switched  data  filter.
   This tool filters out a selectable  event-type that isn't under  a  note,
   thus drastically reducing memory and file  usage  and  increasing  speed.
   (While doing this it will keep the last-value-before-note-on intact )
   Two versions are included: NoteGate13 (all Amiga's) and NoteGate (KS2.0+).

REQUIREMENTS: 
   Bars&Pipes Pro V2.0+
   NoteGate needs KS2.0 or better, NoteGate13 works on all amiga's.
