This IFF sample will make you aware of the quality that the Timidity
MIDI-player can achieve with a good set of GUS patches. Timidity needs
a lot of work on configuration, but as you can hear it's worth the work
as the final results are incredible. Just compare this sample, generated
outputting the play to a file, to what you can hear, i.e. with GMPlay.

I am going to upload on Aminet a ready-to-go preconfigured Timidity
archive with all the patches (be ready to download some megs ;-)
so you will not have to get crazy configuring Timidity.

I will upload the whole archive as soon the PPC version will work here
(if anyone is using the Holger Jakob's PPC port, let me know!), so
wait a few days and you will enjoythe nice sound of TImidity.
