This is a different version of the external "Jesper Olsen" module player
for EaglePlayer 1.54/2.00+. It's a player for all of Jesper Olsen's
Amiga modules that are currently known.

- Analyzer
- SampleInfo with SampleSaver (EP 2.00+ only)
- SubSong
- Balance
- ModuleInfo with Position Counter
- Volume
- SongEnd
- Voices

Notes:

1. This player plays all of Jesper Olsen's mods (three main types, with
   mutations).

2. For playing "two-filed" modules, the external replay code must be called
   "WantedTeam.bin" and must be stored in the same directory as the module.

3. External replay code routines are not compatible and if you use the wrong
   routine for the wrong module then the module might play badly or even
   crash your Amiga!!!

4. ModuleInfo works/looks better for EaglePlayer 1.54.
