FlutterPlugin -- A simple plugin for AmigaAMP mp3 player.

Displays frequency spectrum in a window, where the brightness of each bar
represents the power at that frequency.

To use, start AmigaAMP, and then double click on the plugin icon, or select
the "Plugin" menu item in AmigaAMP, and select it from there.

Now 68k only.
