The default pointer for Amithlon is very tiny and I find myself squinting
my eyes alot looking for it, so I finally decided to do something about it.

Since the P96 "BigSprite=Yes" tooltype has no effect on Amithlon and other
replacement pointers cause Amithlon to crash it was necessary to edit my
own. This is just simply an enlargment of the original pointer as big as I
could get it without crashing.

This pointer was made specifically for Amithlon, but may work on other 
Amiga systems also.
