A topaz font for ISO/IEC 8859-15 character encoding standard, also
called latin 9. Sizes 8 and 11 are provided.

ISO 8859-15 is a revision of ISO 8859-1 (latin 1), which is Amigas
native character set but often referred to by the standard ECMA-94
which preceeded ISO standard.
ISO 8859-15 removes eight little-used symbols, replacing them with 
caron (hat) accent for s, S, z and Z, the letters OE and oe, Y with
dots and, of course, the euro sign. This completes the coverage for
French, Finnish and Estonian languages.

INSTALLATION

No installation script is provided.
