This is a banner program for the Amiga much like the UNIX
command 'banner'. ABanner reads arguments and makes a
banner of them consisting of nine rows of # characters.
Here's an example:
> banner "AMiGA"

# # ## ## # # # # #
# # ## ## # # #
##### # # # ## # ### #####
# # # # # # # # # #
