DESCRIPTION

     This program allows ShareWare authors to include a superb GUI-driven
     "order form" program with their demo archives.  Potential clients then
     fill out the form by clicking gadgets and typing their mailing address
     details, and even answering a 7-Question "interview" to aid the author
     with ways to improve his software.  The completed order form can then
     be printed to either the PRT: device or disk file (for E-Mail) for
     submission with payment to the author.

     From the programmer's perspective, he can fully customise the interface
     by specifying which formats his software is available on (ie: Floppy,
     E-Mail or CD-ROM), and set prices for each as well as for International
     and Local postage.  He can also set 1 of 5 methods of payment (Cash,
     Check, Money Order, MasterCard, Visa Card).

     ShareWare fee is a one-off $20 Australian dollars and worth every cent,
     because the programmer can use the program with all his software, both
     past and future.  No longer does he have to include a tired-looking
     ASCII order form with his software!  :)

UPDATE INFO

     MAJOR: No longer crashes on systems without "ReqTools.library"
     MINOR: Code optimisations, now 060 compatible
