zipsing is a quicky program which I originally knocked up in 1995 for the PC.


WTF is zipsing ?

zipsing will archive a directory of files into individual zip files.

As each file is zipped, the un-zipped file is deleted.

Before using zipsing you should ensure that you have "zip" on your system
and pathed.


Usage & installation eg:-

Copy zipsing to a pathed directory such as your C: directory.

Then from CLI type:-

CD "to your temporary files directory"
zipsing



This was originally written for a friend of mine who wanted to compress
all of his sound module files and listen to them with MikMod on the PC.

 
By all means feel free to update this program.

You might wish to add LHA/LZX support or more protection.
