This program increases or decreases a specified ENV-Var and writes
it's value to STDOUT. Very useful for script usage. Featuress:
- Free definable ENV-Var. If the given Var does not exsist, Count will
create one.
- Fully compatible with Setenv and Getenv.
- Free definable step value.
- Very small.
