SafeReset 3.0 is a result of my dismay of the OS 3.x bug that causes a
periodic guru on software resets when the present screen is in any
double scanned modes.

Installation:
------------
Copy Safereset to C: (or where ever you want)
Usage: SafeReset WARM/S GUI/S
------
Examples:
"SafeReset" will reset your computer immediately using.
ColdRebbot().
"SafeReset GUI" will bring up the System Requester.
"SafeReset ?" will show the above command template.
"SafeReset Warm" Use this option to simulate a keyboard soft
reboot. It doesn't clear all resident tags in memory, Helpfull for
programs that need to survive resets to function properly. This option
may or may not work on all systems.

- Added Degarder support. Now you can reboot your machine into
PAL or NTSC for games aswell as the standard reboot.
v1.2 - Removed Pal/Ntsc booting. Degrader seems to have some problems
with other resident Rom tags.

- Removed warm reset option. This seldom ever worked
properly.
v2.1 - Better PAL/NTSC Detection ad switching before reboot.
- The Requester is now loaded by deafault (without arguments).
Use NOGUI for instant reboot from the CLI.
v3.0 - Added Warm Reboot options via the Requester or CLI.
- Changed SafeReset's behaviour. See above notes for more
information.
