This is a small cli program to change the priority of a running
PowerPC task.

Usage:

ChangePPCTaskPri TASK/A PRIORITY/A/N

TASK:
The name of the task. This is the name that is displayed by
PPCTool (normally = file name).

PRIORITY:
The new priority for the task (-128 .. 127).
The priorities in phase 5's powerup software work like with normal programs:
The program with the highest priority gets all processor time,
if it is not waiting for something.
