This freeware program renames alot of files to increase or decrease their index.
Personally I use this program to rename different sequenses of images to one long sequence.

for example:
Old names:     New names
pic.001.jpg    pic.011.jpg
pic.002.jpg    pic.012.jpg
pic.003.jpg    pic.013.jpg

First public release.
No known bugs yet.
Todo:
GUI
ability to specify new prefix and suffix for the names.
This will be done if requested.
