I wrote this little program, because I needed a little tool to change
   the size of my CLI-window and not for any other reason and I wanted
   a window-size util that verified the given input !!

   Supports pixel positioning. Example:

   Window 0 100 640 150

   This translates to: Top Left Offset,100 Pixels Down,640 Width,150 Depth
   
   Includes assembler source code.
