This is what I call the final version of the ire-library.

I've enclosed all files necessary to create the OS3 version of this library.
All files were revised and the comments are now in English.

Miscellaneous  bugs have been fixed and I tried to follow the official guide
lines as close as I could.

Everything else is now up to you.
