This is another "quick & dirty" port. Very little testing has been done,
but at least the "shorten" exe seems to be working OK. Only "problem" I
had was that while compressing it complained that it was unable to
delete a temp file (this can be done manually though, so probably isn't
so serious a problem).
The "port" is more or less a simple recompile of the original 3.6.0
shorten sources except for one function (swab()), that I had to implement
since it doesn't seem to be part of the clib.
