With 'this' You are able to crop Your huge mpeg audio files, without
the need to reencode them. The whole thing is made in Arexx and doesnt
require any external programs to work. Its also NOT the slowest solution
available on the net!


basic features:

               - uses start and stop markers in seconds or in 'min:sec'

               - auto adjusts read buffer, giving always maximum speed

               - recognizes MPEG-1,2,2.5/I,II,III

               - works with constant bitrate mpegs (VBR unsupported!)

               - can be used on any Amiga and even on non-Amiga platforms

                      frame headers in 32k buffer to pass the scanner.
