Kurz:         Vectorbase im Chip- oder Fastmem?

A simple cli program that tells you if the vectorbase (also often called
the VBR, although strictly speaking it would be the vb) currently resides
in chipmem (at adress 0) or in fastmem. It doesn't move the vbr, it just
tells you where it currently is.
